What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways.
Is there a minimum order value?+
There is no minimum order value. However, orders over £200 qualify for free UK delivery.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?+
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for bulk and trade orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.
How long does UK delivery take?+
We offer next-day delivery on all UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Royal Mail and DPD options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the UK only. We are working on expanding to European markets and will announce when international shipping becomes available.
Is packaging discreet?+
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible.
How do you test your peptides?+
Every batch undergoes independent HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry verification at accredited UK laboratories. Full COA reports are published on each product page.
Can I see the Certificate of Analysis?+
Yes. Every product page includes a downloadable, batch-specific COA showing purity percentage, HPLC chromatogram, and mass spectrometry results.
How should I store peptides?+
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term. Keep away from direct light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.
What is the shelf life?+
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides have a shelf life of 24+ months when stored correctly at -20°C. Each product label includes a batch-specific expiry date.
What is your returns policy?+
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Are peptides legal in the UK?+
Yes. Research peptides are legal to purchase in the UK for legitimate research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption.
What does "for research use only" mean?+
Our products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory testing, and scientific study. They must not be used for human or animal consumption.
Do I need to be 18 to order?+
Yes. All customers must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to request age verification before processing orders.
